BASIC POWER STEP
Step training is still one of the most popular forms of aerobic training.This class will enable you to learn all the basic movements used in most Step classes.The movements are very easy to follow and you will be able to learn how to perform good techniques and train in a safe manner.

The choreography will be simple and easy to follow so that you are able to concentrate on the level of intensity and the quality of your movements in order to create a more physically challening workout.Very good for those who do not want to have to think too much about the choreography and are more interested in getting a good aerobic workout.

BEGINNERS STEP
This class will help you to learn the basic movements used in a Step class to create Aerobic workout.The choreography is not too complicated,but a lot of fun.It is a good preparation for the INTERMEDIATE STEP.

INTERMEDIATE STEP
This class uses the basic movements learnt in the BEGINNERS STEP classes to create a more challenging workout.The choreography is more creative than the POWER OR BEGINNERS classes but not as complicated as the ADVANCED classes.

ADVANCED STEP
This class uses the basic step movements learnt in the BEGINNERS STEP classes to create a more challenging ADD-ON CHOREOGRAPHY.This is important to have good basic techniques and a reasonably good level of fitness in order to get the best out of this class.
