Power & Balance week

A retreat focusing on power through boxtraining, running, cross training and zumba and balance through yoga, meditation and relaxation. The trip goes to Las Playitas on sunny Fuerteventura, and is for everyone who wants to join. The program includes:

A daily program of varied and energy-building workout. 
Running Teams boxtraining, Kickboxning, cross training, moutainbox, zumba, etc.
Different kind of yoga (dynamic, vinyasa, acroyoga, beach yoga, etc.), meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises. 
Pool, beach, mountainous scenery and wonderful climate. 
Good food, nice surroundings and time to relax and soak up the sun.

Mette Kopp, Zumbainstructor, yoga & meditation teacher, lecturer, MA. 
Thomas Frederick, No. prev. Prof. Thai boxer and bodyguard, director of Kettlebells & Crossfit.

At. 7:30 to 8:15: Running Team
At. 8:15 to 9:00: Yoga
At. 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Zumba
At. 16:30 to 18:00: Box

FRIDAY 
At. 7:30 to 8:15: Yoga
At. 10:00 to 11:30: Kickboxning
At. 16.00-17.30: Box / Cross Fit
At. 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Beach Yoga

SATURDAY 
At. 7:30 to 8:15: Running Team 
At. 10.00-12.00: Mountain-box
(Beach Volleyball)
At. 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Zumba & Combat

SUNDAY 
At. 7:30 to 8:15: Running Team / Yoga
At. 10:00 to 11:30: Kickboxning
