Zumba and body´n mind weeks
Introduction:
Get in shape while dancing and having lots of fun. Strengthen your body and relax your mind with yoga, pilates, and meditation.
Treat yourself with a gentle start of the day by doing yoga at the beach and benefit from the powerfull and effective exercises from pilates, yoga and piloxing.
Reload your batteries with fun and energetic zumba classes and get in great shape with piloxing that combines boxing, pilates and dance in an effective aerobic workout.
The weeks will contain:
2 zumba classes a day
1 pilates/piloxing/yoga a day
Wake up yoga at the beach every morning
