Rocky Balboa Week!

We travel a week to the wonderful sport-resort Playitas in Fuerte Ventura, where we spend a week focusing on power, fitness and maintenance of the mental apparatus. A highly discretionary exercise-related cocktail that is based on training methods taken from the world of boxing.

After an amazing trip in October 2010, we've already set the date of the next:
We're leaving Sunday of week 43 and have 28 seats reserved for an indefinite period 2 months before departure - only to us. So please don´t hesitate to sign up for this powerful week.

The workout is leaded by Henrik Leth – Danish coach, teambuilder, boxer ander founder of Boxevents.dk. Henrik will guide you through the week with lots of energy and motivation. He is assisted by Yoga and dance instructor Nanna Kaad.

The week is full of challenges at different levels. The goal is not to train against each other but WITH each other. It is an advantage to be in good general basic form, but you do NOT have to be neither ironman or top athlete.

ROCKY BILBOA WEEK is a unique experience and we look forward to travel with all of you energetic powerfull people, where we enjoy the creative and highly motivated workout, the sun and have a week with lots of fun.

We have a great program planned.

- Daily progressive program with varied and energy-building workout as Free-run, boxing, kickboxning, yoga, dance, crossfit, mountain-box, Mental coaching and inspiration, etc.

- TRI-day or Bike-day where we drive to one of the beautiful beaches to picnic and swim in the ocean.

- Good food, light and time to relax and recharge.

All this takes place in the sun in the stunning surroundings of Playitas – So… What are you waiting for? The planes are booked quickly - so sign up asap.

Total price per person is 5703 dkr

Price includes - Flight, food on flight, transfers, 1 bedroom apartment and every workout, escl. bike rental. You live 2 pers. in each apartment. (If you prefer a single room, you must pay an extra fee of 980 dkr.)

Half board costs 1050 dkr extra and is recommended. It's a super buffet.
