UDSOLGT - Week 14 Body & Mind
Combine holidays, fun and wellness activities in the sun.
This week we will practice yoga, meditation and Zumba.
Lectures on mindfulness meditation and Healthy Lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress handling).
Yoga for breathing, body awareness, grounding and balance.
Pilates for core strength, posture and mobility.
Meditation for reflection and presence.
Zumba fitness for a fun calorie burning workout.
Classes for all levels, and we will practice different types of yoga; Vinyasa flow yoga, Hatha yoga, family yoga, restorative yoga and the 5 Tibetan Rites. We will also combine the best from yoga and Pilates in a Yogilates class. All classes will be ended with savasana for relaxation to reduce stress and tension.
Dynamic Yoga is based on powerful deep breathing and heat. It is the breath that controls your whole practice; this links the body to the mind; bringing self awareness and self improvement. It is breath that generates Heat, Energy, Strength, Stamina, Balance and Flexibility for the body. Mentally breath develops deep Relaxation, Concentration, Discipline and Patience.
The 5 Tibetan rites is an ancient exercise system from Tibet. These exercises activate and stimulate the seven key energy vortexes or chakras in the body, which in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system. They also enhance the innate energetic power of the human body and mind.

MONDAY:
10-11: ZUMBA Fitness
11-12: D’stress Hatha yoga
8-9.30 PM: Mindfulness Meditation Workshop (Location Panorama-room, 1st floor over Reception at the Apart hotel)
TUESDAY:
7-8.30: Vinyasa Flow yoga
4-5: 5 Tibetan Rites
5-5:30: Guided meditation
WEDNESDAY:
10-11: ZUMBA Fitness
11-12.30: Yogilates
8-9.30 PM: Lecture on Healthy lifestyle (Location Panorama-room, 1st floor over Reception at the Apart hotel)
THURSDAY:
7-8.30: Vinyasa Flow yoga
4-5: Restorative yoga
5-5.30: Guided meditation
FRIDAY:
10-11: ZUMBA Fitness
11-12: D’stress Hatha yoga
SATURDAY:
7-8.30: Yogilates
3-4: Familiy yoga (bring your kid age 6-12 years)
